Brown Jr. didn't look to be on any Wolves fans wishlists prior to free agency but after going through copious amounts of film it looks like Connelly may have struck gold again! Troy averaged a modest 7.1 PPG, 4.1 REB & 1.3 AST on 43/38/87 shooting splits through 76 games last season (excluding playoffs) showing his durability and reliability as a scorer. Brown Jr. presents as a versatile forward who can defend at a high level, hit the three ball at a high clip (even better from the corner), and handle the ball for isolation scoring. It may not be the sexiest pickup from Connelly but should prove to be a valuable asset off the bench and on a fantastic value contract. Brown is also only 23 years of age with plenty of growth to come. What's not to love? Bravo Tim Connelly on a fantastic off-season thus far.
