Jenna Husic Bio
Jenna Husic is a dedicated and experienced basketball coach with a passion for developing talent and fostering a love for the game. Born in Bosnia and Iran, Jenna’s journey in sports began at Contra Costa Juco in Oakland, CA, where she played basketball and softball for a year. She then transferred and graduated from UAV in Southern California.
Jenna’s coaching career took off in Northern California, where she trained high school and college players, honing their skills and preparing them for the competitive world of sports. She has coached boys prep and girls varsity teams, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to nurturing talent regardless of gender.
She served as the head coach at Amplus Academy and recently completed a successful season at Palo Verde High School. Despite her busy coaching schedule, Jenna continues to play semi-pro basketball for the WBA with the Las Vegas Empress, proving her dedication to the sport.
Jenna is currently affiliated with Nevada Premier and will be starting her first season as the Womens Basketball Assistant Coach at Coronado High School for the Cougars, where she continues to inspire and train aspiring athletes. Her commitment to her players and her passion for the game make her an invaluable asset to any team.
