Alijah Adem 6’2 Point Guard Class 2024 has had an unbelievable high school career. He missed his freshman year due to COVID-19 and his junior year due to a knee injury. In 2 years, he’s scored over 1000 pts. In his sophomore year, he was named 4A Player of the Year leading the State of Nevada in scoring 27 pts per game and led the State in assists 7.8 per game. He led Spring Valley High School to a 4A State game where we fell short. Alijah is one of the best Point Guards on the West Coast. Alijah is having a good year in his Senior year. He’s averaging 26 pts, 8 Assist and 5.6 rebounds per game. He’s also leading the State in free throw shooting 89%- and 3-point FG 53%. Alijah is a high-character kid who leads by example and understands it’s bigger than him. Alijah also has a 3.3 GPA. Alijah is the definition of Student-Athlete. He was just named Student Athlete of the Year at Spring Valley High School for 2023-2024 year.

Alijah is a kid who lives by the word. He’s a kid with faith and participates in his local church. Alijah is also engaged in the community by feeding the homeless and reading to the kids. Alijah was selected to speak to the Secretary of Education White House and our Nevada Governor on the impact of mental health on youth. Alijah missed his junior year from a knee injury and worked extremely hard to get back to where he’s at. Alijah has won Student-Athlete of the Year and Student of the Month at Spring Valley High School.
