Lew Roberts serves as an Assistant Coach for the Bishop Gorman High School Girls\’ Basketball team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, he has been instrumental in developing the skills and competitive spirit of the student-athletes. His dedication contributed to the team\’s remarkable achievement of winning the Nevada Class 5A State Championship on February 23, 2024, marking Bishop Gorman\’s first girls\’ basketball state title since 2010.

Before his coaching tenure, Roberts had a distinguished career with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department\’s Homicide Division. His experience in high-pressure situations has translated into a coaching style that emphasizes discipline, strategic thinking, and resilience.

Roberts\’ unique blend of law enforcement experience and passion for basketball has made him a respected figure in the Las Vegas sports community. His commitment to excellence continues to inspire the Bishop Gorman Gaels to strive for success both on and off the court.
